Jon has many years of experience working with building municipalities & adjusters; speaking their lingo helping his homeowners take back pride in their homes.

Michael Southworth has been in the construction industries for fifteen years ranging from masonry to framing carpentry to finishing work to demolition and concrete. His wealth of construction and renovation knowledge combined with his more recent experience as a production manager have produced the effective and efficient general contractor you want on your job! Mike will work with Jon to provide our homeowners’ high quality materials to protect their investment for many years of Chicagoland weather!
